Cake Batter Fudge


*A box of yellow cake mix 

*2 cups powdered sugar

*1 stick butter

*1/4 cup milk or 1/8 soy

*rainbow sprinkles


*Combine the cake and powdered sugar in a large microwavable bowl.

*Pour in the milk and add the butter. ( Do not stir )

*Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. 

*Stir immediately. Make sure the butter is all melted as well!

*Pour into a cake pan of your choice. I like the lay down parchment paper which saves a lot of the cleaning and sticking to the dish. 

*Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 

Voila! It’s ready to be cut and devoured!
